At Fysiotherapie Wennekers we strive for the highest quality of care. Not satisfied? We'd like to hear from you and resolve it together.
Fysiotherapie Wennekers greatly values the quality of our care and our relationship with patients. Do you have a complaint about our services or treatment? We ask you to follow the steps below. We are legally required under the WKKGZ to offer a complaints and disputes procedure.
We ask you to first raise your complaint with your treating therapist. Many misunderstandings or dissatisfactions can be resolved in an open conversation. You are always welcome to bring a trusted person or family member.
If a direct conversation is not possible, or if you do not feel comfortable speaking in person, you can submit your complaint in writing to the practice owner by email or post. We will take your complaint seriously, register it, and respond in writing within five working days.
Not satisfied with how your complaint was handled, or would you prefer to submit it to an independent party? As a KNGF member, we have access to an independent complaints officer who mediates free of charge and in confidence between you and the practice. Contact us to use this option, or reach out directly to the KNGF.
If mediation by the complaints officer does not lead to a satisfactory outcome, you can submit your complaint to the competent disputes authority. This body issues a binding ruling. Further information is available from us or through the KNGF.
All complaints are handled with strict confidentiality. Information about your complaint is only shared with those directly involved in its handling and resolution. Your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy statement.
All received complaints are registered and internally evaluated. This enables us to continuously improve our care. Registered data is processed anonymously and used solely for internal quality assurance purposes.
